Every day can’t be a new PR, wellness is about personal growth over time.

This episode is inspired by the holiday season, the pressure we all feel to be happy, social anxiety, boundary setting, and just meeting ourselves where we are.

We know you’re on a personal growth journey -.we’re right there with you! As imperfectionists, we’re always striving to do better, to be better. So we focus on progress, often not leaving room for life’s little surprises.

And as we all know, life happens… often without warning.

Sometimes we don’t need to add more to our plate, including self growth, sometimes we simply need to survive.

Remember: Wellness is not always about bettering ourselves, sometimes the focus is simply meeting yourself just where you are.

There are times in life when all is well (we love these times!) and then there are the tough times (the “no way out but through” times).

In today’s episode:

  • What do you say when, “How are you?” is just too much to handle?
  • What happens when your boundaries are disrespected?
