I explore why self-care is essential for regulating our nervous system and how we can support ourselves effectively and sustainably when feeling overwhelmed or triggered.

I'll discuss why self-care extends beyond personal responsibility and into collective action, especially in industries where stress and anxiety are prevalent.

Well-being requires a supportive culture that acknowledges the role of workplace structures and community support to build individual resilience.
