Do you automatically hide how you feel, without even thinking about it?
If saying “I’m fine” has become your reflex… even when you’re anything but fine, this episode is for you. As HSPs and introverts, many of us learned early on that being emotional wasn’t safe. So we got good at pushing it down, staying calm, and not making it a big deal.
But over time, that survival strategy becomes an exhausting pattern of emotional suppression.
In this episode, I’m unpacking why hiding emotions becomes second nature—and how to begin gently reversing the pattern. You’ll learn how to spot your emotional default settings, practice safe expression like journaling or voice notes, and give yourself permission to feel without fixing or explaining.
