Nik and Eva Speakman are joined by Jeremy and Ian, famously known as All On The Board on social media. They write positive poems and messages around mental health on the London Underground whiteboards. Their work is very personal; Jeremy has social anxiety, and Ian has a phobia of swallowing. The Speakmans help both of them look at their timelines to pin point the life events that brought on their anxieties.
