Do your emotions have to be intense to be worth processing? In today’s episode, I’m sharing why the answer is no and why even subtle feelings deserve your attention.

Emotional processing isn’t just for breakdown moments. The truth is, emotional awareness begins with acknowledging the quieter emotions you often overlook, such as mild frustration, unease, or low-key irritation. When you ignore these, they build up and eventually lead to emotional burnout or overwhelm.

But when you start paying attention, you build emotional resilience from the inside out. I’ll walk you through how to recognize small emotional shifts, why they matter, and gentle ways to process them daily. If you’ve ever thought “this isn’t a big deal” and kept pushing your feelings down, this one’s for you.
