Do you have a thing you’re always talking about doing but never get to? At 46 years old Adrian Jones had a heart attack while mountain biking with friends. Determined to survive, Adrian had successful open-heart surgery and then, refusing a wheelchair, he walked out of the hospital on his 47th birthday with a new outlook on life.
