In the second half of our two-part interview with Patricia Moreno (creator of IntenSati) the FBGs ask her how the fitness industry can do better in presenting a healthier mindset for people to follow. She tells us more honesty and transparency is needed in letting folks know the actual hard work involved to look like a fitness model. Also, how there needs to be less “fat talk” in classes and more celebration of everyday fitness. (Can we all just agree the need to discuss body parts less often?)
