This week is a quick POWcast on Kindness! It is not hard to be kind to those around you, it doesn't cost you anything to be pleasant and kind to others.
I share a recent Instagram interaction that was unkind, and frankly left me shocked! It reminded me that not everyone matches your level of kindness or your frequency that you are living at. Those people that are being kind, need to be shown how they are affecting others, and hopefully they can learn from the experience.
I keep thinking if I was a sensitive person, this wouldn't have ended well and it would have caused me a lot of pain. If I was someone who was anxious or overanalysed everything, it would have consumed me.
So let this be your reminder, to go out there and be kind today!
