Dr. Joubert also talks about how her mother’s advice on financial independence led her to a career in policy advocacy and early childhood development. From research in neonatal intensive care units to leading philanthropic initiatives to ensuring hundreds of people working in early childhood development received VISIONS training, her work has consistently focused on improving the lives of mothers and children.
