On today's episode, Oksana shares her story navigating mental health throughout stressful world events.
Oksana studied kinesiology – athletic therapy stream at University of Manitoba. She is currently working as a certified athletic therapist in a local clinic, helping clients of any age and ability to achieve their goals post injury or to overall improve their fitness levels. Oksana’s focus with her clients to help them connect mindfully to their bodies either through specific movements or through helping them manage their emotional stressors. During her spare time, Oksana loves spending time outdoors with her two furry babies, practicing yoga, travelling, and continuing her passion for dancing.
