In this podcast we learn to enjoy being supported by all the loving energy around us. We first connect, relax, and enjoy our root chakra soaking up the love around us. From our root we move up our spine and enjoy that same connection one chakra at a time all the way to our crown and back.

I feel they are most powerful when listened to in sequence from podcast one forward because each is built on the last. Though they, also, all stand on their own.
