This week Kate shares about another challenge she's signed up for, a swim challenge for The Starlight Children's Foundation - "SUPER SWIM HERO". A cause very near to her heart.
Despite literally guiding & supporting so many in stepping into their own soul brilliance, the "I'm being too much" vibes flowed through Kate.
