LoriKay Coleman experienced five years living around the toxic waste of a cement plant in Texas. During this time, she became so sick that her brain wasn't working right and she nearly ended her life. Once she realized the depth of her sickness, she told her husband that they had to leave or she was going to die. Years later and after significant healing, LoriKay now shares her journey of overcoming the numerous significant health challenges she and her children faced. She discusses Kundalini Yoga and teaches an exercise called "the fists of anger." LoriKay also highlights the role of community support and nutrition in her recovery, ultimately leading to her current work in holistic health and wellness.
