This week on Rise we're doing our very best to beat the blue Mondays at what is apparently the Most Miserable Time of the Year. We're looking at our own practice of intention setting for the coming year and why this feels much more supportive than the more traditional practice of setting resolutions. We also use the word gentle a lot, which also doesn't feel inappropriate for this month.
