What do a Washington DC economist and Comedy Central have in common? Art Bell bell goes full circle on his journey away from and back to comedy. After working as a DC economist, he found his way into tv making financial projections for CBS, then heading over to HBO. This led to his founding of Comedy Channel, which became Comedy Central.
