Many years ago The Reiki Healer stood in front of the mirror and told her chubby body "I Love My Buddha Belly". "I Love My Love Handles". It worked now she has her dream body at age 59 & 1/2 she is her dream weight of 120 to 125 pounds! Eating a high fat eating plan with lots of fruit, vegetables and high quality protein has allowed her body to be in the best health ever! The Reiki Healer sits on the floor cross leg all day long as she writes, builds websites or prices hats and gloves for a local thrift store.
