In their 20 years of marriage this year The Reiki Healer and Robert have supported each other through many of life's events. Robert's parents both had a history of high blood pressure. When the doctor Robert shared with his parents said "You are heading for heart disease just as your parents have. You will be on many medicines to take care of your heart issues in the near future."
Well 20 years later Robert is still pharmaceutical drug free. He has changed his eating habits given up crappy candy, no more Coke A Cola and he even gave up his fast food favourite Wendys! His blood pressure is normal and he walks and dances regularly to take care of his exercise needs.
With Robert's patience and love and Stephanie's dedication to her own health she quit drinking in 2014! Robert was supportive when she over drank and even once had to clean up some vomit when she puked at a friends home. OMG! How Embarrassing! to Stephanie (The Reiki Healer), LOL LOL LOL NOT <3
We cook in our home daily and do many dishes. LOL <3 Eating wholesome local organic food is the key to health cooked at home with love. :~)
