When the Reiki Healer was in her early 20's her body was constipated and her skin was covered in eczema. Now in her fifties her bowel movements are everyday and her skin is smooth and soft instead of cracked and bleeding from the eczema!
The reason is she started eating whole foods and quit eating processed foods! Eating whole foods made her a whole person.
Eating well makes life worth living!
In 1994 when the Reiki Healer started her organic eating journey and stopped eating from the college cafeteria where she went for lunch after cleaning the dorms of The University Of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA.
She quit eating white sugar and started packing a homemade lunch. Cooking at home leads to great health.
