Working through mindset blocks of what is coming up, stimulating the vagus nerve and nourishing the primary food aspects of life to reduce oxidative stress on the body.

Phase 3: Optimization and Maintenance for goals: Set goals for peak performance, this is where we shift into fat burning or muscle building strategies depending on your goals. We focus on a cycle synching protocol optimized to your goals to protect your hormones and dive into dealing with environmental stressors and toxin free living and create a plan that you can use to move forward with on your own.
