Success is not all about the financial, it's also about your state of happiness - if not more so. To be wealthy and successful is to have robust health, be happy, have fun and loving relationships, overflowing abundance, spiritual connection and have meaningful purpose.
Whilst shortcuts can seem pleasing with the idea that it may save time and money, the lessons you learn by going the distance are priceless because failures will teach invaluable lessons that a shortcut won't.
Nobody has a crystal ball to tell you what the future holds for you, but the next best thing is your vision combined with action. Your success comes from you learning from your failures which helps you to sharpen your focus and make better decisions.
In the end the only thing that matters when taking a journey towards your goals and dreams is who you become along the way.
