The decision that will make or break your phycial, mental, metabolic & hormonal health. That will make or break your excitement for competing, training & all things in between.

Is choosing your coach.

In this podcast, I talk about the most common red flags I want you to know when choosing a coach or with your current coach. That being said. PLEASE. Do NOT let money keep you from leaving a coach you know is not good for you.
