As an obesity expert, I usually give a lot of personalized advice to help my patients reach their health goals. These tips are super effective for weight management, but here’s the surprising twist—I don’t always follow them myself! It might sound a bit shocking, but even though I know what works, I sometimes find it hard to stick to my own advice.

In this episode, I'm opening up and sharing five things I regularly tell my patients to do that I don’t always manage to do myself. I’ll dive into my own experiences and explain why I sometimes stray from the advice I give others.
