This week, Renee is telling us all about the concept of having tea with your demons. We talk about in depth about this form of shadow work, how you can do it, and why it is helpful. We also share some tips for keeping yourself safe and well when dealing with strong emotions or difficult experiences.
We finish, as always, with awesomeness. Renee has been watching the Witches of Eastwick, and Louise has been using nervous system regulation techniques to cope with the chainsaws that life has been throwing her recently.
