We are excited to share today's guest, Chris Ruden, who is a Type 1 diabetic, amputee, and keynote speaker. Chris is an online fitness and nutrition consultant for type 1 and type 2 diabetics, and coaches his clients on how to work past the limitations of the disease and conquer their goals.

Chris serves as an international keynote speaker on overcoming adversity, change management, and disability inclusion. He helps organizations like Nike, Facebook, and Tommy Hilfiger to create a world without limits and helps global audiences to overcome adversity, improve their physical and mental well-being, and quality of life. Chris is also the author of the book “The Upper Hand” and is a world-record-holding amputee powerlifter. Chris has been featured in Men’s Health, Washington Post, Netflix, and more.
