The podcast is inspired by the many Men’s groups I have attended, especially the 'MenSpeak Men’s Groups'.
This podcast was created to build an open space for South Asian Men to open up and connect with each other and discuss topics, thoughts, and emotions with no judgment. Furthermore, the podcast is a space for men to be heard and seen, open men’s minds, and open a healthy conversation.
