Hey Mama!
Have you been feeling tapped out? Like, all the time? Are you experiencing low mood and energy? Brain fog, headaches, or chronic fatigue? Are you short with your kids a lot? Do you have resentment brewing inside of you? Do you wonder if all these symptoms are just part and parcel of being a Mom? There might be more going on for you, Mama.
Burnout is a real thing. And so many Moms out there are suffering through it- thinking it's "normal" to feel that way, given the the season you are in. Here is your reminder that just because something is common, does not mean it's normal. It is possible there is something deeper going on for you, and there are ways (solutions) to start feeling better in the exact season you are in. And you absolutely deserve that!
Join us for todays very first guest interview with Burnout Educator Michelle Koch! This Mom of three takes us into a deep dive of her own experience with burnout, and how she learned to support and heal her nervous system in order to recover from it. And now she helps other Moms do the same!
