We explore how these patterns live in the body, the birth chart, and our everyday lives. For us, this shows up most vividly in the challenges we face as mothers - where the pressure to hold it all can expose the deepest cracks in our sense of worth.
This is a conversation about truth, tenderness, and self-inquiry. About coming home to yourself. And about how the retrogrades, far from punishing us, are inviting us into greater wholeness, if we’re brave enough to look within.
