We all believe some version of the lie that my happiness should be my first priority.
The problem is that seeking my own happiness is an endless pursuit; happiness comes and goes daily.
God has a different way for us, He says: Find yourself and you lose everything. Find me and you find everything.
Jesus said it this way: If you save your life, you’ll lose it. But If you lose your life for me, you’ll find it.
How do we lose our lives? Simply by saying yes to HIM. Give up the lordship and authority of your life to the One who knows you and loves you and gave everything for you.
Always remember, there is hope with God.
"If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake and for the sake of the Good News, you will save it." Mark 8:35
