Ask what do you need? Is it an emotional hug? To be heard? Loved? reasured? Name it. We don not tune in. Have you let your meditation, slip? Have you exercised regular? Have you talked to a therapist about your issues?
What Do You Want?
Dont listen to the voice of negative. It wants you there cause that's what the body is used to." Feel good chemicals"," what's that?" The body says to the mind. "Bring back the Cortisol", the body says. "We know what that is".
Now you start to combat the voice. As the mind plays with thoughts, words and triggers. STOP!!!!!!
