Robyn Dobbins is an amazing friend of mine, whom I was lucky enough to meet at Low Carb Denver 2023, and attend several low-carbohydrate conferences with! Robyn has suffered from many serious health conditions, including postpartum depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, obesity, depression, Hashimoto’s disease, and bipolar disorder.
After years of medications and treatments that had limited success, Robyn discovered a low-carbohydrate diet, also known as NSNG, through the amazing work of Vinnie Tortorich, who we’ve hosted on Boundless Body Radio on episodes 55 and 243 of our show!
She is also the co-host of the Less of Me Success Stories channel on YouTube, which she hosts with former podcast guest Scott King.
Recently, she has been the recipient of the 2024 Fresh Start Award, which includes a $10,000 grant to promote Metabolic Psychiatry given out by the non-profit Metabolic Mind!

She and her husband own a residential remodeling business , as well as a handmade natural skincare business! Becky is also the troop coordinator for one of the local American Heritage Girls troops in College Station, TX, sings in the praise band at her church and helps with cooking dinner for over two hundred people at her church every Wednesday night. However, it has been hard for her to keep up, being held back by many health issues including obesity, type-2 diabetes, Hashimoto’s, acne, gastroparesis, ADHD, and depression/anxiety. Finding no help from doctors, trying every diet, and failing every time, she just kept gaining weight and feeling worse.
