My guest today is Toni Cassidy, the owner and creator of Glamavan, a company which makes biodegradable glitter for your face, body and hair as well as offering kids pamper parties and glitter bar hire.
I met Toni at a networking event last year and I loved her story, particularly the contrast between working as a police officer and now running a successful business which supported Britney Spears' book launch! Incredible.
