Whether or not to have kids is a very personal decision - and sometimes one that isn't completely in the control of each individual. Recently, I was asked on Instagram what I would say to a woman who was on the fence about their own decision to have children or not, and this episode is my response.
But this episode isn't only for women who are childless at this point - I am speaking to the societal expectations of all women, and understanding the ways our culture links womanhood and motherhood can be beneficial to current mothers as well. Plus, I'm discussing identity and motherhood, and the way we can continue to grow as individuals while also exisiting in the role of mother.
