Indianapolis extended the hours of an overnight warming center at Washington Park Family Center as a dangerously cold winter chill clamped down on the city Sunday night. To celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day in Indianapolis, Seeds of Caring held a youth service event on Monday.
