This week on the pod Palmer is joined by Lance Davidson. Lance is a dad to one, and the GM at one of Palmer’s favorite restaurants in Knoxville, The Northshore Brasserie.
The holidays are upon us! Lance and Palmer recorded this episode before Thanksgiving and created a very unique holiday episode for you guys this year. They talked about the joys of cooking over the holidays, how those traditions get passed down, not sweating the small stuff and embracing the little moments!
Its not just all holiday talk though, before Lance had some fun with some rapid fire questions they talked about their obsession with bringing all the proper kitchen tools on vacation and why you absolutely have to do it!
