It's all cluttered up in there with too many things we could put time and energy into, so we are on the verge of shutting down too often.
The feeling we think causes this is overwhelm.

Perfection is not ever actually achieved. Unless you can see it differently. You'll know when it's perfect because you feel it through your whole body. It is very relaxed.
