So many times we avoid our own dark shadow. {the shame, the avoidance the not good enough) But this is where our biggest breakthroughs occur. When we take the time to look at our own blocks our own self made protection. This journey is part 3 of looking within. I hope you enjoy this. I avoided my dark shadow for years. while being in an abusive relationship, I could barely think positive thoughts about myself., and fear gripped me. When I finally saw the goodness within I gathered the courage to look at my dark shadow. I was guided with love with grace and with compassion by amazing healers. Hence why I want to share this with you. Its powerful and empowering. A journey within to sit with our warrior.
