It is casting light into the moments you live now and of the next and the next.
Flow state is a positive experience of attention, alertness, creativity, joy – in whatever the task, the movement, the activity.

To live remarkable is to step into the highest wisdom of your authority – authority as self-empowered, self-governing, of right action, of honor and grace – and acting with self-control.
This becomes a deliberate example of confidence that builds from personal expertise – of self-knowledge, personal autonomy and a strong sense of self.
It is to live your greatest each and every moment – greatness that is your natural state – as love in action.
To live remarkable is to choose using your free will to live upstanding – to be excellent, to shine beyond, to do your very best – to live by the highest level ideals you can possibly have - now and of this moment.

A well-known phenomenon in research on human performance is “flow” (Csikszentmihalyi, 1990, 2014), a state of full task engagement (that is - a mental/cognitive state in which a person is completely focused on a single task or activity) and with low levels of self-referential thinking (e.g., worrying, self-reflection).
Flow is often associated with athletes, artists, and scientists who are fully task-absorbed in order to achieve peak performance.
Experiencing flow is accompanied with a sense of accomplishment, meaningfulness, and positive mood states (Csikszentmihalyi and Nakamura, 2010), and as such, flow also plays a role in well-being.
