A background in marketing, architecture, and design within the fashion industry shaped Daniel's business approach and steered his vision when he decided to take a chance on this sandwich concept with Rosa. Almost ten years later, this three-peat MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand restaurant has developed a winning meticulous formula that keeps us all craving Sanguich.
