Radical Acts and Surrender with Nelly Steele

I am excited to share our second guest in partnership with The Scout Guide of Baltimore and the Radical Female; please meet Nelly Steele. She’s an assistant Professor at a local university in Baltimore, a Certified Lagree Instructor, and a Ph.D. candidate, and she is developing a coaching program as a Stress and Wellness Coach. I met Nelly through the Baltimore Fitness Community, and we worked together when I was Under Armour; she was a fitness model for a women’s campaign we did in the Fall of 2020. We stayed in touch, and I am so inspired by this woman’s energy that she shares with the world; also, how she is getting her doctorate, being a mom, and having a whole side hustle on the side and the impact she wants to make.

We talked about what radical acts she’s taken in life to show up better for herself, the lessons she’s learned after 2020, and the changes she needed to make. We both realized an important lesson about healing before having our daughters.
