Jeff and Caroline are long time friends who have become a part of our family after having attending Power Monkey Camp. Getting to speak with them again was a treat, as we discussed topics including what Jeff and Caroline worked on over the 2023 season, mindset training, how Jeff does main-site workouts as part of his training everyday, and how Caroline approaches working with a new athlete.
