To think that I found Mary in February of 2021 (just 6 months ago) when I was looking for more like-minded individuals to follow on Instagram is unreal because I feel as though I have known Mary for many, many lifetimes.

On the episode, we shared a delightful and inspiring conversation all about what it means to love yourself across every area of your life. We even talked a bit about the retreat experience and what transformation in the beautiful jungle of Costa Rica looks like.
