For those who are new here, my name is Liana Jabs and I am an Adult Chair® Certified Coach.
As an Adult Chair® Certified Coach, I teach you how to love yourself so that you build healthy relationships and become more present in your life. Using methods from The Adult Chair®, I guide you through your own self-love practice by uncovering the deepest parts of your spirit to unleash the life you are meant to live.
This week on The Love With Liana™ Podcast, I feature a client session that I had with April, our chosen volunteer.
April reached out to me and shared her struggles with codependency and in her relationship. She wants to live more in her “Adult Chair®” by focusing less on the external energy from the people around her and more on her internal higher-self energy to live a more grounded, loving, and present life.
During this session, April was able to connect with her very own “Adult Chair® Energy”, comfort her inner child, own her truth, and plan for what’s next. She shared with me how different she feels after diving deeper into the work of The Adult Chair® Model and how it literally saved her life.
It is my hope that by witnessing another person transform through the lens of The Adult Chair® Model, you as the observer will be further guided along your own transformation. I thank April from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to share this experience with you all today.
