Lately on the Habit Thrive Podcast, we have been talking a lot about exercise, strength training💪, and weightlifting.🏋️
✅Going to the gym.
✅Lifting weights.
✅Building muscle.
✅Pushing.
✅Pulling.
Whew … is anyone else tired?😩
Well, you’re in luck!🤗
This week, on Episode #107, we are going to practice letting go into sleep.😴
We will start☝️ with a Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique to gently and intentionally relax our bodies.
Then,✌️ we will move to a Loving Kindness Meditation to teach our mind to relax by putting positivity, love🩷 and encouragement out into the world for ourselves and others.
So, go finish your bedtime routine, turn down the lights, slip under the covers, and let’s let go…🛌💤
