Podcast.
I'm Dr. Hanna Klein. I'm a doctor of good energy, of renewable energy and a person who is very happy in life. I want to share that with you.
In this episode we recap about the importance of starting out the day in gratitude in order to stay in the high energy of joy, how we can erase destructive programs from our subconscious mind and how the key to being and feeling abundant is giving. I also re-iterate the importance of the human being aspects of body, ego and soul.
To further practice of staying in the positive space we need to learn to use new ways of being. It is time to be assertive in place of passive, passive-aggressive or aggressive. Standing firm when challenges come up is important. Don't fight it just stay solid.
