What if we can recognize what is, and know that everything is a choice?

For the last 3 weeks, I have been on a huge city wide fitness tour. Touring new fitness studios, instructors and different fitness modalities. This episode was born from what I was noticing during my tour and also from my past 25+ years of teaching fitness and dance.
