My guest today is Emily Fletcher the founder of Ziva Meditation and best-selling author of Stress Less, Accomplish More: Meditation for Extraordinary Performance which has around 1,300 reviews on Amazon. Emily used to be an actor on Broadway but the stress and intensity of the job caught up to her. She wasn’t sleeping, her hair was turning gray, and she was getting sick all of the time and she was only in her 20’s!
