  6. Which leads me into the sleep divorce topic - I even did a TV segment about it. Separate master bedrooms are even becoming a trends. What is this all about?
  7. Next the kids. How can we get our kids to sleep. Let’s quickly break it down by age. Each age brings its own challenges. Babies lead us moms to momsomnia, but teens have their own sleep challenges with screen for example. How can we get our kids to sleep?

  9. If we’re night owls can we become morning people and does it even matter?
