In this episode I am joined by Dr Elizabeth Davidson as she shares her story of her own health journey which led to her on a her own journey of recovery and discovery, which she now uses to help others solve their own health puzzles.
Bio: One of my defining moments was as a teen year old. I'd already been sick for years and I recognized that the medications I was taking were not helping, even making me worse. So I started refusing to take them and trying out alternatives to make me healthier rather than mask my symptoms. 35 years later I'm still trying new things! This way of life has led to a medical degree plus lots of certifications and to helping lots of people banish chronic illness and reclaim their lives.
