Matt Soule wants to help YOU to master the stress response and use it to your advantage.

This was a special conversation. I recently spent a week in the high mountains of Colorado completing my Wim Hof Method instructor training. Matt is the man who TRAINS the trainers. He's a Level 3 Wim Hof Method Instructor, Black Belt and accomplished martial artist who runs his own studio, and a man who is dedicated to always testing and measuring how we as humans can push past our own limitations.

Matt's new book is all about mastering the stress response and takes us through the following:

Fight

Freeze

Fast

F^ck

and Breathe.

In this episode, Matt takes us through his own personal journey (I made sure that I got into some of his own personal struggle and journey so we all know how hard this guy has worked to get where he is now) and through the 5 elements of his book.

This conversation was so full of wisdom, science, and easy-to-implement advice yet we needed more time. I can't wait to have Matt on the show a second time.

In this episode we cover:

-What IS the stress response?

-Matt's personal journey and how he went from a very rough childhood to being one of Wim Hof's right hand men

-How to use cold exposure to your advantage

-How and why fasting benefits us as humans

-How mastering the F^ck component helps us handle stress better

-How becoming a Master of the Breath will change your life for good

-and much, much more.

This was one of my longest episodes to date because it was necessary! Matt drops mad wisdom and I was grateful to have him on.

He's MY mentor and the guy who I call upon when needing to master certain components of my life.
