I will also give you Body Love tools inspired by my reading that you can use to help support and guide you during this pandemic.

Here are some Body Love tools that were inspired by my oracle card reading today:

The message: Use the mantra, "I thank the Earth and stars for every blessing" as your meditation anchor or as a journaling prompt.

And if you haven't started already, I highly recommend a daily gratitude journal. It has the power to change everything!
